HOW DO I GET REGISTERED FOR SUMMER LEAGUE?
To be completely registered, each player must meet four requirements:

1. Register Online.
Or you can also register by completing and returning the entire registration form. Download registration here
2. Include a current, small picture of the player with registration form for player ID card.
3. Registration fee must be paid in full. (Families unable to pay the entire fee must make arrangements with UNS.)
4. Registration is not complete until all registration materials have been submitted to UNS, Players will not be allowed to play in competition until ALL registration requirements are met.

We are looking for United Northwoods teams and players pictures to be posted on this web site. If you have digital pictures please post it directly on our page.
